1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GDH-Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

3. Description of Service
GDH-Game is a storage-based application requiring Google authentication for access.
The Application:
- Does not contain advertising
- Does not include trackers
- Does not redirect users to third-party marketing services
- Does not monetize user data
The service is provided “as is”.
4. Eligibility
Users must:
- Possess a valid Google account
- Comply with applicable laws
- Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Application
- Interfere with authentication mechanisms
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to GDH-Game, including but not limited to:
- Software code
- Design elements
- Branding
- Logos
- Content structure
remain the exclusive property of Graphicdesignhere.
No license is granted except for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use of the Application.
7. No Warranty
GDH-Game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Continuous availability
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphicdesignhere shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Technical malfunction
Total liability shall not exceed any amount paid by the user (if applicable), which is currently zero.
9. Service Availability
Graphicdesignhere reserves the right to:
- Modify the Application
- Suspend access
- Terminate service
- Implement updates
without prior notice.
10. Termination
Access may be terminated if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
- Required by law
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
